Terms of Service

Who Provides the Service

CoachingDrive is a sports coaching and team-management product operated by 360 Linked. These Terms govern your use of the CoachingDrive service provided by 360 Linked. Account and team notifications identify the service as CoachingDrive and are sent by 360 Linked through the CoachingDrive notification program.

Optional Parent Profile Photo Permission

For player profiles of children under 13, CoachingDrive requires a separate decision by an authorized linked parent or legal guardian and signed-form verification before displaying a profile photograph to authorized CoachingDrive users. Children and staff cannot grant this permission on the parent's behalf, and photo uploads do not imply consent. Either authorized linked parent can decline or withdraw permission through Player Vault → Agreements. The permission grants no exclusive ownership or rights in the photograph and does not authorize public, promotional, advertising, facial-recognition, or AI-training use. Declining leaves a placeholder and does not prevent normal account use. Players aged 13 and over are outside this parental profile-photo permission workflow.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoachingDrive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including coaches, administrators, players, parents, guardians, trainers, and guests. Organizations that create or import users are responsible for ensuring those users are authorized to access the platform.

Optional SMS and WhatsApp Notifications

Where offered, the CoachingDrive notification program provides transactional account and team updates, such as organization invitations, new bulletin-board posts, games added or changed, and video-processing completion notices. Messages may include links to CoachingDrive. SMS and WhatsApp enrollment is optional, requires your explicit consent for each channel, and is not a condition of purchase. Acceptance of these Terms, creation of an account, or provision of a phone number does not enroll you. You must be authorized to use the number you enroll. Administrators must not enroll another person without that person’s consent. Permission for account and team notifications does not authorize unrelated promotional messages.

Message Frequency, Charges, and Availability

Message frequency varies with your selected notifications and account or team activity. Message and data rates may apply to SMS, and internet or mobile-data charges may apply to WhatsApp, according to your carrier or data plan. You are responsible for those charges. Delivery depends on network availability, your device, and the relevant messaging service; notifications may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS or WhatsApp notifications for emergencies or as your only source of game and schedule information; check your CoachingDrive account for current details.

SMS Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to the number sending CoachingDrive SMS notifications to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out, and no further program messages will be sent unless you explicitly enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance, or use our support form. If you want to resume SMS notifications after opting out, follow the re-enrollment instructions provided in the confirmation or contact support. Opting out of SMS does not automatically opt you out of WhatsApp, email, or in-app notices; you may request withdrawal from multiple channels through support.

WhatsApp Consent and Withdrawal

WhatsApp notifications require separate permission to receive messages from CoachingDrive. You can withdraw that permission by replying STOP, asking us to stop through the support form, or blocking our business in WhatsApp. Requests to stop WhatsApp messaging will be honored whether made inside or outside WhatsApp. Business-initiated notifications use approved message templates where required by WhatsApp. Replies to messages you send may be provided within WhatsApp’s permitted customer-service window. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

Messaging Privacy and Your Choices

We use mobile information and consent records to operate the messaging program and honor your choices. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS and WhatsApp opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to deliver and support messages. See our Privacy Policy for messaging data, consent records, and withdrawal details. Keep your enrolled phone number current and notify us if you no longer control it.

Use of Service

You agree to use CoachingDrive only for lawful purposes related to legitimate sports coaching, athlete development, team management, communication, and content review activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Training, Workouts, and Safety

CoachingDrive may display or generate drills, workouts, warm-ups, stretches, practice plans, skill centers, and recommendations. This content is educational only and is not medical, physical therapy, emergency, or professional healthcare advice. Coaches, trainers, parents, guardians, athletes, and organizations are responsible for reviewing recommendations for age, health, ability, equipment, environment, supervision, and applicable rules before use. Stop activity and seek qualified help if pain, dizziness, injury, or unsafe conditions occur.

AI-Assisted Content

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular athlete or setting. Do not rely on AI recommendations as the sole basis for training, health, safety, selection, or eligibility decisions. Staff users must review AI outputs before assigning or acting on them.

Minors, Parents, and Guardians

Parents and guardians who access CoachingDrive on behalf of a minor confirm they have authority to do so. Organizations and administrators are responsible for configuring appropriate access for minors and for obtaining any consents required by their policies and applicable law.

User Content

You retain ownership of all video, playbook, message, training, and other content you upload to CoachingDrive. By uploading content, you grant CoachingDrive a limited license to host, process, display, and analyze the content to authorized users within your organization for the purpose of providing the service.

Role-Based Access & Permissions

CoachingDrive enforces role-based access control. Super Admins and Admins are responsible for correctly configuring permissions for their organizations, including users they create, import, invite, or reactivate. Misuse of administrative access to expose inappropriate data to unauthorized roles is a violation of these terms.

Safety Acknowledgments

CoachingDrive may require users to accept versioned safety, training, Terms, and Privacy acknowledgments before using certain platform areas or before continuing after login. Acceptance records may include the policy version, role, timestamp, client type, and technical request metadata.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

Limitation of Liability

CoachingDrive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, training-related, or physical activity damages arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on platform content. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
